Perfect communication by means of the digital communication server Multiswitch by Gehrke.
Modular architecture, almost unlimited expandability turn this hardware into an ideal communication centre ranging from the link-up of a radio conference system, monitoring of door conditions and emergency calls up to the automatic control of barriers, traffic lights and door openers.
It is compatible to existing data networks and communication technology.
Thanks to its system architecture Multiswitch integrates all functional areas on one single platform. All information is gathered and clearly structured at one single point.

The main functionalities of this system are characterized by its interconnected features, i.e.

The heart of the system is a multi-functional communication server including an integrated network service unit.
As a central processing unit the server is installed on a 19” module rack.
Through network integration this central processing unit allows expansion up to 6,000 users.
All central units can be interconnected with each other via ISDN or Voice over IP Gateway via Ethernet.
We provide UPN node modules via two-wire connection (8 nodes per module) or SO node modules via four-wire connection (4 nodes per module).

System interfaces such as contact modules with 16 inputs each, relay modules with 16 relays each, combined contact and relay modules 8 inputs/8 outputs with a RS232/422/485 interface.
